1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Cycle Style Studio (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Service.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any partial subscription periods.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cycle Style Studio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Cycle Style Studio.
6. User-Generated Content
By creating, saving, or sharing outfits and styling configurations through the Service, you grant Cycle Style Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your original content.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cycle Style Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
